Don't worry chaps, pretty sure if you don't get the call with an offer then you can go through 'clearing' later in the week - where you'll be offered a Season Ticket at Northampton or Cheltenham instead

This is what absolutely infuriates me with our ticketing management.
They are in charge of this process. They chose when to call fans on the waiting list. And what do they do? They do it on a day when only two people are in the office! You couldn't make it up.
Why not train up some other admin staff, and have a whole bunch of them making the calls. It's hardly rocket science is it?

To be fair to the club it does actually say they will start contacting supporters from 10am onwards on Monday, it doesn’t say they will get a call on Monday, just that’s when they are starting the process.
It also asks supporters not to contact the club about available season tickets as this will slow down the process for everyone.

I kept getting reminder emails for somebody else's I buy for them that wasn't renewed.
When I saw that the ticket office would be making outgoing calls, my first thought was that there must only be a few remaining as that would seem like a strange way of doing it if we were talking in the hundreds.
I do hope we get to see the numbers once the process is finished - would be interested to see how many we've sold all together, and how many made it to general sale.

My mate got the call today and couldn't speak highly enough of the woman he spoke to.

From what I hear, the system adopted seems to be working ok so far .

They let me buy two season tickets. One for me and an under 18s one. I’m an old gold member and joined the waiting list the day it was advertised. Got my call yesterday afternoon.

Indeed they are, and that has never been the issue. The issue is the pressure they are often put under by the management decisions made above them.

Great stuff, more guaranteed money we can get into the club the better tbh.
