This is what absolutely infuriates me with our ticketing management.Called me at 14.57. Said there were only two of them in the ticket office today and they are also having to deal with all the people calling in to see if they were successful...
They are in charge of this process. They chose when to call fans on the waiting list. And what do they do? They do it on a day when only two people are in the office! You couldn't make it up.
Why not train up some other admin staff, and have a whole bunch of them making the calls. It's hardly rocket science is it?
