Tickets 25/26 Season tickets

Email gone out today to people on the waiting list! Has all the information regarding pricing, ect. Those on the waiting list stand by the phone Monday from 10! Also explains that overwhelming demand for season tickets.

Interesting. Can you share the details? What are the prices - presumably more expensive than the renewal pricing?

Would be fascinated to know how many non-renewals there are and how many are on the waiting list...
 
For the club to communicate the waiting list numbers as overwhelming must be significant as the club knows the seating capacity allocated for ST holders and will know the numbers of ST holders who haven’t renewed by yesterday’s deadline.

I know half a dozen who were scrambling around for match tickets last season whose children now want season tickets and are ready to act on Monday.

It appears from the comms that some have shared that there was a high take up of repeat season tickets with the remaining ones being managed through a waiting list in the next couple of days. So hopefully we will see Memberships out in the next week or so.

Early days, but the contrast between this season and last for processes and comms has been night and day, so hopefully this continues across all various memberships.

sooner the better, as it'll stop my middle n youngest granddaughters both pecking my head - ' have you got my membership for football yet ?' every other day
 
I know friends who have held memberships for years and paid for an old gold membership. They were on the waiting list but it seems no priority was given to those who had paid for memberships previously and attended 10 plus home games as they haven't had an email.

Prioritising members, considering they paid for memberships, who wished to upgrade to season ticket holders should've happened. Poor, again.

Details of a waiting list were clearly provided in the season ticket comms. However, it was always likely to be the case that demand would exceed supply.

There were a few thousand memberships last season, not all can get what is expected to be a couple of hundred remaining season tickets.

Thanks - that's the closest I've seen to actual figures for this. Assuming you're not making it up, where did you get the figures from? And can you be more precise about number of members at each level, and number of non-renewals? Perhaps you know how many were on the waiting list too?

Be really good to know this sort of thing. It's not sensitive data, so no need for smoke and mirrors from anyone.

Both my kids who had old gold memberships last year, both got the email about season tickets. Just a thought but have your friends opted in to receive the relevant communication within their ticketing account?
