Imagine if Charlton and Blackburn lose tonight and we beat Wednesday!!

Hope we put the disappointment of last night behind us, and turn Saturday into a celebration of our time in the Championship.

If we get relegated tonight, so be it, if we get relegated on Saturday, so be it. Just hope we finish on a high in our last home game of the season. And if by some miracle we are not mathematically relegated by Saturday evening, then it's very much all to play for on the last day of the season!!

It has been a feature of our season that we have done quite well (relatively) when playing the better sides who are prepared to attack us, and much less well when playing teams where we are asked to be more on the front foot. I do hope it doesn't all end in tears on Saturday - it would be nice for the home crowd to be able to give the players (many of whom won't be here next season) a bit of a send off.

A structure and game plan would be useful along with some players that want to fight for the club & badge when times are difficult .
We have been relegated when 3 teams are getting a points deduction just isn't exceptable .The easiest season ever to survive and we've continued to be a gift to the other teams above us .
Somebody needs to take some accountability for the failure this season at senior managment level .

Start with the players that will be here next season ,all the loans can return now .

Another whimpering 0-1 home defeat ,such a shame the players dialled down with 4 games to go .

Problem is, we won't know if we have a chance until a little before 9:30am on Saturday!

Otherwise I would go with a similar approach as well......if we're cooked, it would be good to see some of the squad players that will be here next season but haven't been getting many minutes (e.g. McDonnell, Woo, Roosken, Emakhu) get a start. Just so we can get a better idea of what we've actually got.

We won't know until 2.30 pm on Saturday as Charlton v Hull is a 12.30 kick off.

I would drop Peart Harris and put Woo or Emaku in his place, bring Donley back to play number 10.

Swansea were on the beach last season against us and were a last minute equaliser away from winning. Of course we were on the beach too I suppose so it was a dead rubber, but still Swansea beating Charlton at home shouldn’t be a huge shock. It’s that 4 results have to go our way that’s much less likely… but this is football you just never know…

The only 2 that have been given points deductions so far would be down without them so it’s not really relevant
