Anybody else think the coach departure of 10.40 from the stadium is oddly early given the distance to Leicester?

Depends on the route they take, average car journey is 1.5 - 2hours going M40, A46 M69. Either way.

They might go across to the M1 and M69 which is slower.

Will be interesting to see how we approach this one. With Rowett you could almost guarantee we'd set up to stay in the game, but probably lose 1-0. With Bloomfield we'll probably have a defensive shape, but I reckon we'll try to play on the counter and offer a bit more of a threat going forwards

If playing on the counter means quick, accurate passing then we have a chance. If it's lumping the ball up to an isolated Lankshear......

Take a draw ,if we win unbelievable can't see that they still have alot of class players. But we need a run of wins very quickly we could be 8pts behind everyone by tomorrow so we need something asap other wise you start thinking 10pts behind 12pts behind, oh we only need 4 wins to catch up but lets hope today we start the real battle.

I’m encouraged by Broomfield so far, but not sure he’s had enough time with the players to force a win today:

Leicester City 2 - Oxford United 2.

It's time to start winning, we can't afford to keep drawing & losing.we don't want the teams around us, pulling further away.Time is slowly but surely running out. Do us proud & bring back the 3 points
COME ON YOU YELLOWS 💛💙

Really excited to be going to this one.

We've definitely got it in us to get a positive result. The two consecutive clean sheets and overall solidity are signs are that we are going to be much less porous under Bloomfield and we're going to a Leicester side that, whilst having individual brilliance to win them games, haven't really played that cohesively all season. They're also missing Jordan James, which is a big boost for us.

If we're going to win away again this season, it's games like this that we have to go in with the intention to do it.

I think we could cause a so called upset today Leicester aren't nothing special so why can't we go and get a result

2-3 Brannagan penalty to win the game

It will take a complete turn around in all aspects of the teams performance to win, well here’s hoping👍👍⚽

3 at the back and Harris up top, we have let 2 clean sheets an we Change the system - seems an odd decision.
Jin woo on the bench though…. Would
Like to see him for 15 mins

I’ll wait to see the formation and the performance before commenting but definitely some surprises in there

Has Rowet snuck back in and done the team selection today - this is exactly what I was criticising Rowet for, giving the opposition to much respect. Hopefully I’m wrong, just feel the wrong approach.
