Play like we did against Derby, take our chances, and we’ll be fine.
Wrexham have a weak left side - get it to Mills often and early, get Brannagan and BDK on the edge of the area for cut backs. I’d say there’s a very fair chance of this type of goal tonight.

Defensive solidity improving - Wrexham do have Moore who is undeniably dangerous, but they are pretty formulaic and limited in their attacking strategy from what I have seen, plus we have Helik and Brown…

2-0 win - BDK and Prelec.

Wrexham is a s**t hole. Only thing decent there is the uk’s oldest lager brewery. OUFC +2 goals and gotta feeling a Currie special on its way.

We probably need to get 6 points from the next two. We saw last season how important the "6-pointers" were.

I think we'll start strong, then have a 30 minute spell of being rubbish and go into half time 0-0. It's about how we react after half time.

If we do get the 6 points, we'll be all feeling a lot happier than we were after 5 games.

Not sure we 'need' to get 6 points?
It us a hugely competitive league. I reckon 4 points (7 in 3 games) in the next 2 games will have been a really good effort.

We have hope of winning this game and the reason is due to the team not staying at the jinxed hotel in Chester!
For a bit of context, there is a hotel in Chester where a lot of football clubs use for stay overs and pre match meals, not one club has ever won a game after using the hotel, in fact only one club has ever drawn a game after staying there!
OUFC tried to book the hotel but it got turned down so that is why I am feeling confident for tonight.

The mission is simple: Overload their midfield. Exploit the space in the middle. Attack their wingbacks.
Play like we did on Saturday and we should win this with relative ease. On any other day, Saturday finishes 6-0. I'm confident we will get a result.

Parkinson will be feeling the pressure. If we go 1-0 up in the first half, I think they will crumble. GET AT THEM!

Unchanged 11.
2-0 (A) win.
7 points from the next 3.
UTFO!

As it’s against #teamslikeoxford it will be a game Wrexham and their fans expect to win, which puts a bit more pressure and expectation on the home side.

I suspect it will similar to our game at QPR, but a goal apiece. 1-1. Not the worst result.

Carden Park?

Hope we beat Hollywood FC but we do have a remarkable knack of helping other teams end their poor runs.
So for Netflix soccer fanboys let’s say 5 touchdowns each.

No way do we need six points. Two draws wouldn't be the worst outcome, I'd definitely take a win and a loss and I think four points would be a fantastic return. It's alright saying it's Wrexham and Wednesday, both down there, but they are both thinking exactly the same - Oxford at home is currently a very nice looking and winnable fixture.

They haven’t won at home this season and must think this is banker 3 points.
Hoping for a BCFC type performance but will settle for a QPR like performance.

Apart from that howler of a goal conceded v Watford from the corner, we have looked pretty sound in defence for the past four games.
Hopefully that continues and if we get a point that will be great

I don’t think there’s the same gap between the top and the bottom in the Champs this season as there was last season, so probably more points to stay up but more opportunities to get them.

In my head we need 1.2 points a game and we’ll be fine. So 0-1 points this week would be disappointing, 2 points no disaster, 3’s all good, 4-6 would be excellent.

I think they are going to be under a bit of pressure to win this one, think we need to keep it tight and let that pressure build and hit them on the counter with our pace. Important we build on the momentum of Saturday. I would be reluctant to change the team but think Rowett needs to utilise the bench more to keep players fresh for Saturday.

I think we will see Davies instead of Brown, a battling draw or win hopefully no injuries and onwards and upwards. We owe them for the 1-0 defeat when we went out of the league let's turn the tables and go above them COYYS

Not sure we owe them anything apart from thanks for being unprofessional and trying their best to let us win.

I wouldn't be so sure. Brown has been involved in a lot of the pre-match media and players that do the pre-match interviews, tend to start. He sounds ready to go and knowing him, he wont be happy with being on the bench after his performance on Saturday. Wouldn't mind Davies starting, but Brown is a massive player for us.
