EFL 22/01/25 - Championship tonight

Plymouth players showing no fight.

Pompey 3-1 - they have looked good every time I have seen them play, actually I watched the game Away at Stoke where they were a shambles. Think they will stay up. Really hard to pick who will go down

Plymouth really signed their own death warrant this season. Rooney was a bad enough call (though I do admire his persistence) but to follow that up with a foreign manager that knows zilch about English football is quite spectacular.

We just need 2 others to capitulate - Derby look to be first in the queue.

Paul Warne has a terrible record in the Championship. 2 wins in 20 I think they are in real trouble.

Plymouth look gone so that’s two places left.
I’d love Portsmouth to stay up. Great fans and encounters

Pompey just don't look like a relegation side. Strange how things evolve.
Pompey are ok at home, but have a poor away record. Plymouth have 3 away points, Luton 4 and then us, Portsmouth and Derby all have 7.

I do wonder if there is something in it that the promoted sides are some of the poorest away from home. It's such an intense league and the home advantage/away disadvantage is perhaps magnified at this level. Who knows.

Loving all the new interactive features you've added. Gotta be the best football forum on the internet surely?

Only Pompey v Stoke & Plymouth v Burnley matter to us. Come on Stoke get one back lads!
We are only a point behind Norwich, and two behind Bristol City and Sheffield Wednesday

I think on balance it is most likely Plymouth, Luton and derby for the drop but stoke are also a chance given what people have said about viveash being the brains behind robins. That is playing out already, just shows how perception can be so different to reality, maybe it really was all viveash and robins is just a face.

Add Portsmouth to that. They are still in the mire.

They had a real tough start to the season fixture wise. Well they have got to play all of them again.
