Any ideas when Brizzle tickets go on sale?
Bristol Rovers will have a reduced capacity for their games against FGR and OUFC, but they have already sold out?Rovers to start new season with reduced Mem capacity following pitch invasions
The Safety Advisory Group (SAG) and local authorities have instructed the club to adhere to the guidelines in light of the incidents against Forest Green Rovers and Scunthorpe Unitedwww.bristolpost.co.uk
I wonder if they are planning on taking some of our capacity from the away seating behind the goal?
Looking at the club statement, the fans will be moved to the South Stand, which is The Tent where we are normally allocated away seating. That would defeat the point of the punishment of reducing the capacity because of their fans actions. I would hope the FL (Bob Hope and no hope probably) and the SAG would block that as in effect it would be punishing our fans for their ill behaviour. Yes Bristol R would lose some income but that is hardly a punishment for the supporters misbehaving.

Club Statement - Reduced Capacity
Bristol Rovers Football Club has been informed that it must work on a reduced capacity for the first two games of the 2022/23 season.www.bristolrovers.co.uk
Interesting, they only normally release tickets a week or two before!I see that you can now buy a ticket for every Oxford home game this season, except one, Bristol Rovers.
At the request of Avon & Somerset Police is the reason given on the websiteAny reason for the game being moved? Seems a strange one.
It's a joke really, the fixtures have been out for 5 weeks!16 days notice by the way.
Thinking of the fans again.

I thought when they put the away tickets on sale that would have meant the date and time had been agreed.16 days notice by the way.

My pre-booked trains get into Bristol Temple Meads at 11:35 and leave at 19:30. I don't really want to be rushing straight to the ground, and then hanging around for five hours afterwards. GWR offer a chance to change my advance ticket, with an admin fee of only £10 per ticket, so adds another £20 to the day, as well as getting up even earlier than normal.
