Hoping for Notts County, traditional club, more fans, good away day. But in this heat it’s a toss up, score first and you can let the other team tire themselves out chasing then hit them on the counter.

Salford have earned the right to be there and fans don’t win you the game, but this is a tiny turnout for there biggest ever game, you do wonder what the point of it is past being a vanity project, parts of Salford are probably as near to Old Trafford as they are to Salfords ground, no real growth potential, as soon as the money men lose interest they will plummet.

DREADFUL second goal for Notts C. League 1 beckoning for them. I’d have quite enjoyed some of the theatrics regarding a reunion game against Robinson, and a new away ground to tick off

But Notts County is a properly decent away day, a proper fanbase and having just escaped Brady-ball Birmingham and Disney’s Wrexham I’m quite happy to leave Class of 92 FC for another season…

Happy for Jodi Jones. But wow from a Salford perspective all three of Notts C’s goals have been absolutely appalling defending.

Team absolutely not showing up for a playoff final. Hardly anyone in the stands to get behind them either. Wonder if Karl is having flashbacks…
