FIFA showing its cluelessness again with the ticketing for this. If you booked multiple tickets you are not always issued seats together without warning. As an example someone ordered 5 tickets for their family. They have 3 tickets for different rows in the same block, and the other two are in two different blocks. FIFA have pointed to some small print when the tickets were booked and basically said we are not going to change it - with the caveat that if a parent (though not guardian) of an underage child are not seated together (but only that they "could" do it, not that they will).
