2019/20 Summer transfer window

So after moaning constantly for years about the transfer window not closing before the first game of the season premier league clubs now want it moved back to how it was!

I could of told them myself it wasn't going to work when the other European leagues could still sign players!

My understanding is that the other leagues are planned to move their dates earlier next summer, rather than us revert back to the end of August.

It was a dumb reactionary move, full of arrogance. Especially in a WC year where transfers were going to be tough to fit in.
