Transfer News 2 more before deadline !

Just listened back to the 5 min fans forum tiger said a player was flying in for a medical and the club hope to bring in two more players before the deadline.

Suggested both would be players for the squad and perhaps not for the starting 11, any ideas anyone ?

I don't see the point in signing anyone unless they are going to improve or challenge the starting 11!!

I think it was probably said so that expectations are realistic if and when the players do sign , apparently player having medical is McCleary

Siddiqi certainly fits that description so possibly who Tiger meant? The 5 min ff was probably done before he was announced. There’s certainly a more conservative message coming from Robinson - possibility of another addition but only if one or two go out.

I would guess that we're looking at a pacy winger to replace Sykes and possibly another defender to replace McMahon. We have done our key business so we won't be looking at bringing in players ready to immediately go into the first team, but anyone who does come in will be there to challenge those places.
