He first came to my attention when he refereed us against Arsenal in the FA Cup. I thought he was appalling in that match and spent the whole evening being pally with the Arsenal players, and giving them the benefit of every single borderline decision. He was more interested in being their "mate" than ensuring fair play.

I've observed him since then and think he appears to be a very self centred individual in everything he does. I'm not surprised in the slightest in the cocaine video, nor his disparaging remarks about having to 'lower himself" to referee us against Coventry in August. His only redeeming feature is that he dislikes Liverpool.

Hopefully we never see him referee one of our games again.

I think the chances of seeing him referee any professional football game are now remote.

I don’t think he is corrupt, I just think he is a bit thick and arrogant as well.

He certainly wont referee in this country again. I can see him going over to Saudi and reffing over there.

Not that I hold a grudge for long!!
