14/03/2026 - MDT: Oxford United v Charlton Athletic

theres shirt pulls, and then there is what Brown did.
Yep - reminded me of the way I swing my granddaughter round in the garden.

When my daughter's not looking, obs ;)

Some real drama queens on here - as he is obviously so poor and embarassing maybe you want MB to bin him off and leave him training with Gregly - he is by far one of the better players here and others like CB have made howlers this season

Get real and leave the bloke alone - trying to pin our relegation (if it happens) on him is one f*****g great leap

Am sure he knows it was stupid but others have been there this season too
Yeah leave the bloke alone! He’s playing in a league far above his ability. Not the first points he’s cost us this season and probably won’t be the last.

I didn’t think West Brom would get a point let alone a possible 3

Yeah, it’s not like last season when you knew that any of our rivals playing Leeds or Burnley (or Sunderland or Sheff Utd until late in the year) were screwed. No one is all that good this year, so anyone can get points off anyone. Including us!

Game of inches. If the keeper hadn’t got a fingernail on Lankshear’s chip, that’s 2-0 and we’re cruising to three points. Sigh.

Oh well, we go again

We were really poor in the first half.

Not sure you can put it all on Emakhu, but can't help thinking back to our start against Sunderland, and how Jin-Woo helped us move up the pitch.

I also see Jin-Woo maybe doing a bit more with those opportunities in the second half.

Hindsight I guess.

Not really hindsight - a lot of us were calling for Woo to start on the buildup thread, and a lot calling for him to come on at halftime on this thread.

He’s just shown us more to suggest he can hack it at Championship level than Emakhu has.

I think the issue with the draw is that it leaves us needing 4 more wins to get safe, I think 3 would have been enough had we hung on.
We know at the end of the season the points required to stay up seems to increase week on week as we saw last season.
I am far more optimistic than 2 weeks ago, but feels like it’s going to be tough.

My take on the game

I think it felt like a defeat in the end i know we got a point but we were so close to all three

Jamie cumming has been a great player for us but sometimes he makes you scratch your head against Blackburn he nearly cost us and I guess today he did cost us

Bloomfield' substitutions were so defensive it was shocking

Charlton were not a bad side quite good at what they do I suppose

First half was like we'd gone back to our usual self's before we started the winning run

Bit pissed off with that today we had the chance to stamp a claim on moving out the bottom three and we blew it by making stupid decisions and poor substitutions

It all changes very quickly. 2 points dropped today, we should be on 41. Come on Hull.

Blackburn below the dotted line by virtue of an inferior goal difference .

LATEST: Leicester 1-3 QPR

I mean 10 mins later and it’s 3-1 qpr and 1-0 Millwall - I’m going to stop triple guessing everything, it’s not healthy!

Millwall reduced to ten men - Zak Sturge sent off.

Very bad decision.
