I thought I better start this as the only other win we had this season was against Burton which I started, we bloody need a win and I reckon we’ll do it, 1-0 to us, James Henry, god I hope I’m right - Sorry it’s a tadge early Mal but desperate times and all of that........

Anything to help get us the much needed three points! I’m also jumping on the positive bus and think we’ll win 2-0. What people have to realise, amongst all the doom and gloom, is Plymouth must be as dogshite as us. Goals from Brannagan and Carruthers

Please not another 2-1 loss, I think we will draw 1-1 which for me would be enough to get rid of Robinson but I don’t think it will be for tiger xx

Eastwood
Norman Dickie Nelson Ruffels
Brannagan Mous Baptiste
Henry Mackie Holmes

1-0, O.G.

That team doesn’t look at all shabby on paper..
Isn't that exactly the problem, and why people are so frustrated? Even with the rather chaotic recruitment and the lack of options in some positions, we have actually got some decent players. Certainly better than we have seen so far. So if the club has a half way acceptable squad, why can they not be organised into a team? And if the management aren't capable of doing so, surely professional pride would make them do it themselves!

If we can’t beat Plymouth we’re down , this is a must win game, a six pointer, the team looks good on paper but doesn’t play like a team on the pitch , hopefully it all changes Saturday, 1-0 win.

I don’t even think the team looks good on paper. Maybe 2 or 3 years ago, but not now.

Points-wise it’s not a mus-win, of course. But the effect of a home defeat on the morale of the team would be devastating.

Will Carruthers start?
Is Norman fit or will McMahon start (decent defensive performance last week)
If Carruthers is in the mix then from a midfield and 2 upfront perspective there are a few choices (assuming Mackie will start)
And Browne on the bench as well.
If Mousinho starts in midfield we look reasonably solid. No stupid mistakes and we need to knock a couple of goals.

Robinson will go with his favourites e.g. Holmes, Carruthers, Mackie, McMahon.

Lose 2-1 after going in front.

2 OGS.

I’ve given up on Robbos interviews. He’s the empty vessel that makes the most noise.

The trouble with throwing away 3 points in the hope of a new manager is that this is one of our most winnable games in a season where we are going to need every point have a chance to stay up.

The problem with having an absent chairman is one win could paper some huge cracks and he is less likely to notice. A win is probably only delaying the inevitable as I can’t see us following it up with much, so he will go soon after.

Robinson is pretty much gone as our manager it’s just a matter of when now.

0-0.

We learn nothing, Plymouth learn nothing. We both stand staring at each other after 90 minutes, saying ‘well, Salford City will be a new team to visit next year’.
