On paper this is a mismatch of the highest order but some of our better home performances last season were against the better sides. Would like us to take the game to them as feel their quality will shine if we just sit back and soak up pressure.

Against Coventry we carried the likes of Leigh, Long, Phillips and Placheta big time in the first half, and let's be honest it should have been 4/5-1 at half time. Can't afford to do that again, a better side would take advantage. Maybe harsh on Long who did improve massively in the second half but if we're being realistic he's a solid utility man and nothing more if we're wanting to progress.

Its a "must win"........... just for me, please. 😂

2-1 will do..... off someones backside in the 94th minute.

Definitely it would be exciting to see Prelec and Lankshear from the off.

If Davies is ready to start, then it feels much more likely Currie will too (especially with Leigh clocking up the airmiles).

But unless Krastev has arrived near peak fitness and blew everyone's minds in training, I'd expect him to be eased into it.

Strong looking side though.

Yeah, I'd say very little chance Krastev starts against Leicester - given what was suggested about his state of fitness, and that he's never played a game in England before. But hopefully we will see him on the bench. Think it's much more likely to be Dembele (or Placheta, or Goodrham) this weekend. Would love to see Prelec starting though in this slightly withdrawn striker position.

I saw the first half of Leicester/Brum, and frankly wasn't very impressed with them. It didn't look a whole lot different to when we played Brum ourselves - Leicester kept giving the ball away, couldn't get out from under the press and were basically dominated in terms of possession and territory. Difference, however, is that they scored a worldy whereas we conceded a good goal instead.

So based purely on that, I think this one is winnable.
