Away Match Day Thread +++ 12/03/2019 Rochdale v OUFC match day thread +++

Would take 4 points out of the next 2 games ideally 6 but cant see that happening. 1-1 tonight and 2-1 Saturday.
Didn't go so can't comment on performance but expected us to get a point last night, just makes Saturday massive. Can see this going down to the final day with chance of 2 or 3 teams slipping into the final spot.

If we didn’t have Curtis Nelson we’d be bottom of the league and gone already. We won’t be able to replace him easily, that’s for sure.
Cant believe he stayed could have easily forced a move in January (thank god he didn't). Not sure what's happened to Dickie thought we had a player on our hands back end last season. Now just seems like a rabbit caught in the headlights.

02:30 arrived home in Bampton.
For a neutral an entertaining game to watch.End to end stuff, physical with some good attacking moves from both sides. Two fine saves from Eastwood,Nelson came close and Whyte should have scored.
“Should have” seems to be the story of our season.
Good to come home with a point, but will it be enough we all ask.
9 games left, with 5 home games-we have to make them count.
12 points needed for safety.
Here’s hoping.
You’re right - a neutral would probably have enjoyed the game, and it was very physical. Not much quality on show though, and despite previous optimism i’m starting to fear the ‘R’ word! A shame as we have some talented individuals who we’ll struggle to keep hold of.

So this Kashi Guy, is he our saviour or yet another donkey?

Plenty of possession but yet again chronic lack of final ball and shot and tired in the second half. Against the worst defence in the league who havent kept a league clean sheet for months we only seriously worried the keeper twice. Rochdale probably had the more clear cut chances in the end, without Eastwood and Nelson we would have lost.

History is littered with teams who have good individuals but not a good team and go down. Im not saying we will go down but we are not too good to go down.

Question for Robinson for this weeks 5 minutes fans forum: Do we have a bottom half budget or have you underperformed against the budget? Won't get asked though.

It will do if you ring the OM and pose the question! no good putting it on here.

And we have Luton on the final day

Massive big up to each individual that was there tonight. Nothing will change though until some fans rid themselves of the apathy of “tiger will not get rid of him.” Plays right into kr’s hamds, ie. I can’t hear any dissent.
Until as a collective fans adopt more of the same attitude that was evident when Kassam was got rid of, in some ways we deserve what we have.

Its OK.... some folk have inverted their profile pictures on "soochal medjia"........... it`ll make all the difference.
