I remember my first. Sedation was a must. I can vaguely remember a crowd around me which was, understandably a tad off putting! And then, the bastard shoving the camera up my rear had the cheek to announce that it was not very clean! I spent a whole day shitting my brains out and drinking this foul liquid to the point of gagging so not impressed. The reason for my 2nd one in three weeks is because he pointed out a bit of cabbage on the wall of my Colon and need to see the wall and couldn’t move the cabbage, I asked how far he had gone up and he said around 70cms, thank God for sedation![]()
They just drew away at Sheffield United, and should have won if they took their chances. They ain’t going to be no pushovers. If the form books were switched, us having lost the last 8 at home, Pompey having won 4 of their last 5 away, then this place would be a nightmare and everyone would be predicting that we'd get battered.
For some reason there's a tendency to down play our chances whilst bigging up the opposition without justification.
It may well be tough, but I'd still expect a home win
Oh God, Careful! I can hear Scotchers stamping down the corridor towards you…..They just drew away at Sheffield United, and should have won if they took their chances. They ain’t going to be no pushovers.
Portsmouth are coming into some form at the right time & I wouldn’t be surprised if they beat us Saturday. We just don’t have a sustained attacking threat.
We could easily go on a run where we lose 5/6 in a row. If we do that we will be right back in it.
I have no doubt there will be one of his self righteous, condescending replies coming along very shortly..Oh God, Careful! I can hear Scotchers stamping down the corridor towards you…..

You recently said that I'm not very important yet you seem to mention me frequently?!Oh God, Careful! I can hear Scotchers stamping down the corridor towards you…..
Maybe because I’ve looked at our fixture list and the fact as I’ve stated previously, we have not been scoring goals unless it’s been from dead balls & we didn’t look like scoring last night against a poor poor side.Which 5/6 could we easily lose in a row? Even at a worse, we only ever lost 3 in a row at any stage of this season. So to suggest, after 1 defeat in 11, we will suddenly collapse and perform twice as bad as the last days of Des, is ridiculously negative.
We could just as easily win 5 or 6 in a row and be looking at the playoffs.
I get the concerns about injuries, but the catastrophising because someone who hasn't scored for us is injured seems a little ridiculous.
Yes and I accidentally said that.
Yeah you’re right to be fair, hopefully he gets a little longer on Saturday.Whilst I see based on last night why you'd want Mills starting, I doubt that will happen considering he is only just making his way back into playing after his injury. I reckon it'll be sub appearances like last night (but will get longer) for a little while yet.
Agree with your point about Adams and Cam Bran. Interesting that the Derby fans' comments I've seen about Adams is that he is a great stopper of the opposition but he is very poor with the ball. And it was noticeable that we were happy for him or Nat Phillips to have the ball with the press so Derby had to use them to start going forward.
I hate that stuff you have to drink before hand but thank you to E45I remember my first. Sedation was a must. I can vaguely remember a crowd around me which was, understandably a tad off putting! I was given the all clear so, I guess it all worked out alright.
I always find that NOT shoving a cabbage up my a**e does wonders for my digestive systemThe reason for my 2nd one in three weeks is because he pointed out a bit of cabbage on the wall of my Colon and need to see the wall and couldn’t move the cabbage, I asked how far he had gone up and he said around 70cms, thank God for sedation![]()

Lets hope your wrong, the young lad in a new league , new country needs an opportunity, lets hope its soon.I think it is fair and right to be able to question the Romeny deal, as on the face of it is a

But that is sort of the point. We have reportedly paid a club record fee for an attacking player who is fit but can't get in the team save for a few minutes here and there. And it's not as though we have a couple of free-scoring strikers keeping him out of the side, quite the opposite in fact.
I agree with the OP, this signing is getting odder as time passes without him featuring on the pitch.
Last January we signed Goodwin for £400k and he was underwhelming. We were all worried that it was a massive waste of money, but then we got promoted and suddenly nobody cared.
This year it's a former Dutch youth international for £1.6m. So long as we stay up then nobody will care about the fee and we can then use it as a benchmark of how we've progressed.
It would then pave the way for us to sign a full international for £6.4m next January. We can then feel extremely nervous about the financial impact of that transfer as he makes a succession of unconvincing 5 minutes cameos from the bench, but then we'll stop caring about that as we gatecrash the playoffs and get promoted to the Premier League.
We will then start the 2026/27 season away to Liverpool in the Premier League with Mark Harris up front.
People hear ligaments and seem to assume it means "out for months".My worry is we have a tough run in & I don’t expect us to have Bradshaw available for the rest of the season. We have 1 striker, but he’s not an out and out number 9.
We could easily go on a run where we lose 5/6 in a row. If we do that we will be right back in it.

Delve into the stats and actually watch extended highlights of that game and a few previous and you’ll know they are playing better than most down the bottom currently.
You can carry on with your condescending arrogant replies but the facts are we ain’t scoring goals and it’s going to come back and bite us on the a**e eventually.
With Sam Long putting the cross in for Harris to win it, despite us having signed 10 other right backs between now and then.Real Madrid away in the second leg of the champions league semi final 2029 Harris scores his first goal for 2 years with a one yard tap in with his only touch of the game to win the match, our £150 million centre forward comes on to help see the game out for the last minute.

Perhaps, but he’s not getting any younger & injuries take longer to recover from.People hear ligaments and seem to assume it means "out for months".
It doesn't. You can recover within 4-6 weeks. Rowett, who will actually know the details, seems to think so.

If Donnarumma is here as a young lad to learn his trade behind a more experienced keeper then it could work well for both clubs but otherwise we need someone who has been there and done it in the Premier League"Are we ok with just Donnarumma and Bazuna as registered keepers or should we include Simon Eastwood in the 25 as extra cover?"

Looking forward to us selling Mbappe because we upgraded over the summer.
Gotta cut out the dead weight.

Is he even an out-and-out striker?Did we sign him in the first place because he has Indonesian heritage?
Unproven at this level. Is he even an out-and-out striker?
