As usual midweek we play the same team as on the Saturday (ok there was one change). It never works as the players are knackered. We needed 4 or 5 changes for fresh legs, we never ever do it.

Norwich 4 changes tonight (one or two may have been enforced).

We just look low on energy, desire, quality, ability to even compete. Utterly embarrassing first 45 minutes. Get Jinwoo on for Emakhu and take yor pick of any 2 or 3 others you like.

You are forgetting about the ten other underperforming players and one underperforming manager.

Aren't teams built from the back and midfield is really important too? Isn't the centre-forward the least important player on the park, as long as he/she can score when it's put on a plate for him/her. 5-3-2 is the way we should go IMO.

I can’t believe I’m saying this, but Bloomfield is more clueless than Rowett ever was!

Best just enjoy being able to say we’re a Championship club for a couple more months, because we’re down and done.

Forget league one next season, this lot would struggle in league 2!

What is even worse is everyone surely could see it wasn't working after 10 minutes, but no personnel or change in tactics is even more worrying.

Baffling is an under statement, incompetence is probably a better narrative.

Unfortunately, they keep coming! It was absolute rubbish. To put those defenders in those positions is inexcusable - I presume Bloomfield was the cheap option, because I suspect every single person on this forum could have sent out more of a 'round pegs in round holes' team than this one. Zero shots on target, inability to pass to a yellow shirt and (as per) totally dominated in the midfield.

I am not going to games at the moment (you don't know how much I wish my circumstances were different), but if the club want to sell tickets, in this day and age they are going to have to give people more than a few flashing lights before kickoff to get the casual fans to spend their money.

Sadly we have no attacking fluidity. Our players just don't seem to have the skills to pass the ball into a team mate in a dangerous area. And Our centre forward lacks any confidence. He is not a championship player.

Haven’t won a midweek game since Luton at home over a year ago. We need 7 days at least between games, it’s utterly mental how terrible we are on a Tuesday after playing on a Sat.

Rowett was never clueless - he knew exactly what he was doing. He just gave up and waited for the sack.

What's concerning is that Bloomfield is seemingly doing a worse job than someone actively trying to get sacked. Which is equal parts funny and depressing.
