Dembele is an absolute waste. Vaulks no better. At least our new manager is witnessing what an enormous task he faces. League One beckons.

Even when we run forward we then either stop and wait for the defence or pass it behind a team mate wanting to run on to it.

Thank God we’ve got a manager through the door who will hopefully turn this team around, because that was really, really ugly.

Considering we’re more or less fielding a full strength side... genuinely worrying. Absolutely awful football so far.

Well that was a tough watch. Ingram's looked ok though. That's the positives from me.
Ingram, Mills, MPH. That’s it.

We are unbelievably clunky. Bloomfield needs to be in the dressing room at HT and tell the players to chill the bloody hell out and actually start looking like they’ve played football before.

Losing to a team two leagues below, new signing off injured in ten minutes, Dembele giving the ball away for fun, stadium has the atmosphere and temperature of a mortuary, we’re threatening the world record for amount of backwards passes in a single game. Pretty good half I’d say 😬

Good luck sorting this one out Bloomfield! On the positive side, MPH looks really good. Albeit lost because he’s surrounded by people in yellow shirts who don’t appear to know how to pass towards the goal we’re attacking 🤣🤣

Not much you can say about that first half except......Good Luck Matt Bloomfield, you're going to need it!

To expand on Kip's post - we don't create anything much from open play this year, but we didn't last year either.

What we did do last year was absolutely dominate on set pieces at both ends. Barely conceded any, and scored a shed load.

If we carry on as we are doing i.e. ship a set piece goal every game, and look completely ineffective when we have set pieces of our own, then we are absolutely doomed. Sorting that out ought to be Bloomfield's first priority (dare I say it - despite him having his limitations when it came to pace and skill at the second tier level - perhaps we are missing Elliott Moore massively after all, for his organization as much as his size and strength? And that's where we need to find a leader in January?)

I can't believe how bad Dembele has been. Knocked off the ball every time. Grow a pair for gods sake
