The club needs to change something. You *cannot* change all of the players - so you have to change the manager. We can't have a January where we sign the likes of Bradshaw and Philips.

Of course not - but he must bear some responsibility for the way we are playing at the moment. If he has no responsibility and no influence on how we play or how we manage a game, then what is he even there for?

Just catching up I see we went 1-0 up against a team who hadn't scored in 5 hrs luckily for west brom the Oxford charity was there to help so we give them one goal ( great work Greg) and then they score their first goal in over 5rs from one on their players

The players have to actually adopt the game management too; it’s obtuse to think Rowett would have said nothing about defensive tightness after going in front.

Also before we conceded the second, we had subs to go for 6 minutes but the ball never went dead. I don’t understand what you would want Rowett to do about that?

Lets hope we're still above the relegation zone at Christmas, new investors come in, we go shopping and we don't have to watch Rowett's style of football any more. That's what I'm hoping for.
