Looks like arguably strongest team at the moment starts the game. Suspect they will get atleast 60 minutes.

I reckon Rob Hall will only do 45 minutes.

rangers playing a euro qualifier on Tuesday......cant see too many 1st teamers??? then again their opponents only came 3rd in gibralter league so are prob on par with Banbury united or some other almost sunday league club.........

Only Candeias and Kamara are regulars in that side so an obvious eye for the upcoming European game weighing heavily on Stevie Gs mind.

I expect wholesale changes at halftime , result is simply not important. Getting match sharp and free of Injury will be the emphasis from both teams here.

Game will be available on stream for any of you Oxford fans so have a look online at kickoff and you will undoutebly find one........one will be posted on a rangers forum I'm sure at kickoff so maybe have a check there if struggling . Just search "the bear's den" and look for the match thread, will be in there somewhere.

hoping some of the promising youngsters on the bench get some decent game time - probably in the 2nd half - Lofthouse was prolific for the U18s last season, if he gets half hour or so he may feature on the scoresheet

He started last season and was doing very well, team was performing then we signed Worral on loan from Notts Forrest and defence was chopped and changed......results suffered a little.

So no he's not a regular but most of us want to see him get a fair crack this season.
