So much has stopped working recently, so throw a cat amongst the pigeons, make some changes and shake things up!

Can’t keep doing the same things over and over again, when it’s not working, and we’re even resorting to playing players out of position in order to keep flogging the same dead horse.

Sometimes a complete change wakes everyone up, and yields a revelation!

I don’t want to see another lineup with no outright wingers, that leaves Harris isolated through the middle, Tyler bombed out wide and out of position, and a static midfield in front of Josh.

4231 is a repulsive formation and too negative, and we don’t have the players available for a 433 or 4141.

But we do have the perfect players available for a 352 so give it a try!

Des needs to show some creativity, innovation and a bit of flexible out of the box thinking tonight.

An absolute MUST WIN game!

COME ON YOU YELLOWS!!

Hopefully go three at the back so the team makes some actual sense. Be more direct with two strikers and take some pressure off Harris.

Hull’s whole system is built around beating the press which will be even easier for them than it was for Swansea if we don’t change things. Three at the back, then watch Tyler and Idris make the difference in broken play from midfield.

No win in eight; five points from the last 24. We really need three points ahead of Watford and the international break. Swansea came here on a rotten run without a goal in nine hours and turned us over, carved us open repeatedly and barely looked bothered. We couldn’t have asked for much more than two home games against them and Hull to pick up at least one win, so we really need to make tonight count.

It’s a ruthless division, and if we want to stay in it we need to be just that. Nothing wrong with not winning bucket loads of games at this level and even after the bright start my view has always been that I’d snap people’s arms off for 21st place and survival, but going on two months without a victory while the level of performance deteriorates is a nasty cocktail.

Hoping for an improved showing and a win, but we will need to be brave. Get the full backs further up the pitch and give ourselves a route to the counter. It’s there to be won.

Me and the boys can't make this one tonight unfortunately. As I can't put my tickets on the exchange for this game, if anyone would like 1 x adult and 2 x under 13 tickets in the family stand then please DM me.

beat me to it @LowerSouth ... another midweek home game, another major road closure post match - this time it Highways England shutting the A34 between Hinksey Hill and Peartree ( from 8pm -6am-northbound) , it'll be 'fun' on Oxford ringroad from Cowley to Kidlington after tonights game
Why do they always decide to do these closures when we are playing at home it's getting a joke an 1hr and 15 to get home usually tonight be looking at 2hrs at least 😡😡😡
