Scored 2 great finishes and intelligent running, also hit the bar and fired in the cross that led to the own goal. They are in the playoffs now

Swansea fan in peace, thought the away fans today was outstanding best we had down here all season, never seen away fans clapped off by home fans after a game. Credit to the club and look forward to having you lot down again next year
What a thoroughly pleasant swan 🦢 you’ve been on here. Lots of good tips and advice and some nice feedback post game. You’re welcome here anytime.

“Good luck for the rest of the season” 😉

Ps also Cam Brannagan sending Cardiff down…you’re ruddy bloody welcome 🤗

Our first season back in the Championship now comes to an end. What a fantastic achievement to survive it. If, we had needed a point today to survive, that would have been almost unbearable :). Our support this season as been incredible. Well done to everybody involved. Brilliant!!!
But just imagine the roar that would've occurred if the Shemmy goal saved us.

We have finished as the 37th best team in the country. To put that in perspective,in the 40+ years that I've been supporting the club, we've only finished higher in around half a dozen seasons.

And there were very few teams who totalled schooled us. Leeds, Sunderland and Sheffield United away we couldn't touch. But home we won two and made Leeds work hard for their win. Middlesbrough at home was horrible, but Latte Lath and Azaz were hitting bottom corners with every shot and would have turned over anyone on that display.

The QPR games were dismal, and there were other frustrations along the way. But for a club that has had to pretty much build a Championship squad from scratch, and with 50% of that squad having to step up from league one, this has been a brilliant first step towards long term Championship stability.

Lots to build in the summer but that doesn't take away from all that we've achieved in the last 12 months.

Disgusted with the yobs singing during applasse before kick off, no respect

Sorry but this really wasn’t my interpretation of what happened at all. The PA in the away end was REALLY quiet (combined with our magnificent fans being very loud) meaning we could barely hear the announcement - and as someone pointed out above, the chanting had stopped well before the ref blew his whistle and our fans observed the minutes applause impeccably.

(I also thought we were pretty respectful to Joe Allen too).

Sorry, I don’t mean to attack. But really disappointing that you felt a need to criticise our fans on that display, without telling the full story of what went on. We were unreal today. Just brilliant support to be a part of…

Have to say - as someone who very rarely gets to see their team in the flesh (managed three games this season!) - from my view watching on OUTV, the fans, particularly in the couple of months or so, have sounded absolutely incredible. The loudest I’ve heard Oxford fans for a very long time. Genuinely well done to everyone who goes regularly, absolutely incredible stuff. Sunderland was 90 mins of noise, and after the first 30mins today, all that was audible for the rest of the game was from Oxford.

👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

What a great game to finish the season on. Both teams fully committed and we fully deserved that draw.

Decent reaction from the Swansea fans at the end, acknowledging our support and congratulating us on our survival.

What a season, it's great to be in a league where every point feels like an achievement and where we are playing in full stadiums week in week out. Such an enjoyable season..

Yep that's exactly what happened. It was just unfortunate that a chant was in full swing when the announcement began.

A few of us shushed the singers when it was obvious what was happening and it was pretty much exclusively met with instantly stopping the singing.

Meanwhile, on the pitch, it was a funny old game wasn't it. They were generally better with the ball and shifted us out of shape, particularly in the first half. We were much better in the second half and showed more attacking intent. The subs did well.

Good to see Ter Avest get on the overlap and put in some good crosses. Perhaps we can go and get Carlton Morris or someone of his ilk now, which would make this approach very effective. I thought Greg Leigh was superb, apart perhaps for Ronald's goal. Love the bloke.
Romeny will be a very good player for us in time, needs to understand the physical demands of the English game.

Matt Ingram showed why he hasn't played a league game this season.

Very interesting summer coming up. Bring it on!

There were fans chanting in the Swansea end. Didn’t hear any from ours.

Didn't think today would've been as competitive as it was in the flesh today, but it was.

GR said in the interview after the game, that once the game kicked off it became a real game that both teams wanted to win. He was spot on, three times.

23 home games seen, 23 away games seen, 3 cup games seen and one away friendly seen has seriously cut my b*****s and wallet in two. But, do you know what, I'm ready to do it all again.

And well done to the players for sending Jonny the kit man up for the three cheers. Hip hip Edmundo.

COYY'S.

What a lovely stadium, so excited about ours
Checked the stadium’s capacity at one point during the game as it looked big. It’s basically 20k which again got me really excited for the Triangle (and particularly if we were to extend it to 18k+ in future years…)

Pleased to say that the drive back was far, far easier than the drive down!

Excellent stadium, couple of us remarked how much it resembled what the vision of the Triangle might be. All enclosed, rounded corners and plenty of room. The concourses were well laid out - toilets were a bit odd - gents with only cubicles(?) but, no problem other than a few who had been a tad ill at half time (say no more)
Stewards were friendly, and, which is probably more to the point, receptive to a bunch of supporters on a day out with nothing at stake. Local plod were possibly surprised how amenable we were but, nice day, sunny weather and no stress. What's not to like?
Noticed a few things which inpressed. The pre-match announcements were accompanied by sign language. Leg room was good. The food and drink outlet was well organised and efficient and, plenty of well signed bins for recycling waste.

Yeah. Thought the same. I think it has the same sort of roof design we're planning too - pitched to focus the crowd noise.

What a brilliant day. Your fans are a joy reminded of the premiership with the atmosphere I had forgotten what a packed away end looks and feels like. I liked the chant we support our local team chant. Because I di too and if you don't you can't possibly understand the meaning. Looking forward to seeing you next season.
