Looking for us to take advantage of their injury suspension and recent loss for a 1-3

Eastwood
Kane Dickie Mous Ricardinho
Napa Ledson Brannagan Rothwell
Henry
Obika

After the 1st half vs Scunny, one would assume we'd be unable to play the narrow diamond. Please start anyone at LB bar ASB, even if it's Ruffels or Carroll instead.
Oh, and a 0-1 win, Brannagan get his first. COYY

Agree with the above for formation, but would switch Henry and Rothwell. Rothwell at #10 becomes our most dangerous player by a distance. Also his favoured position, and would do well to keep him sweet so that he signs on for next year.

Guess it's nice to have the option, swapping them before getting Henry and Napa to swap? Personally I'd start Henry behind the ST not because he's better there than Rothwell, but because Rothwell's better out wide than Henry.

The trouble for us at the moment is the lack of any credible wingers. All our "wide" players prefer to come inside (if you'll pardon the expression) and we lose the ability to cross.
Would play Ricardinho for his ability to tackle and hinder crosses.
Shrewsbury will be without their central defender so Obika must start and Rothwell and Henry will need to be on their toes for any balls he heads on.
If Nappa is being outmuscled then bring Ruffels on and allow Ricardinho more room to go forward?

As long as no-one says Dickie prefers to come inside, then you might get away with it.

Prefers to pump long balls from the back

What about switching Napa for Henry? Henry does okay on the right normally. Id say his final ball delivery from wide positions is often pretty good. Napa partnering Obika up top?.

Rothwell seemed to come off injured the other day, so hope he’s fit for tomorrow.

And strikers and creative central midfielders!

An early bright start for us would be good. But ultimately I see us going down 1-0.
