Many have played for both the U’S and the Lions over the years. The lists includes Jimmy Carter, George Lawrence, Steve Wood, Hugh Curran, Paul Moody, John Byrne,
Tom Bradshaw, Chris Hackett, James Henry, Jonathan Obika, Paul Hinshelwood, Max Crocombe, Trevor Aylott, Steve Anthrobus and many others.

Brannagan was doing small sprints at the Open Day on Tuesday depends whether he had any reaction after training Thursday and Friday.
Just as important is the right back position, I love Sam Long but up against some wingers in this league he struggles. When is Ter Avest back?
Also at the Open Day I thought Romeney looked very sharp, hopefully he will make the bench

Can't watch today, so will be watching the match replay in full tomorrow on OUTV instead, while the Mrs bakes me a birthday cake. Expect me to add very delayed reactions and rants to key match moments in this thread.

Now to turn off notifications on all sports apps, and beg mates to not update me with the score.

We preview today's game, plus did more interesting things like remember Joey Beauchamp's lesser-known best moments, plus discuss living in a house with Paul Reece and Andy Melville with John Narbett. It's very funny. You are my Oxford: coming in your eyes here: or in your ears here:

It’s a big week for us. Milwall, Stoke at home, then West Brom away.

These sort of weeks, are kind of mini-competitions in my mind. There’s 9 points on offer but Milwall and Stoke are flying high, whilst the Baggies were doing OK before they lost to Watford and Ipswich.

Any point today is a good one. If we finish the week, after 3 games, with 4 or 5 points it’s been a decent week.

Let’s get behind the boys today and make some noise, if we start well, we could get a result today.

This will be a difficult game against one of the in form teams and given our inability to put in a 90 minute performance am forecasting a draw:

Oxford United 1 - Millwall 1.

I dont think we should be predicting scores, I think we should be predicting which half we're gonna play well in
Good first half performance, but a bit scrappy for the first 10 mins, and then a frustrating 2nd half

*Shrugs* no idea of the score, Millwall are going well but we know we can be either great or feeble, often in the same match.

Can you be optimistic for a draw?

Matt is.

I’d be pleased enough with a draw today, Millwall are flying at the minute, and other than Bristol City, I’ve not seen us play 90 minutes of mid-top level championship football.
1-1
