Got to face facts GL is not Des idea of a fullback. Limited game time in certain games against certain opposition is the best hes going to get
I though Kioso last night played a similar role to the one you see Greg Leigh play on the other side, so not sure it's that clear cut.

On that note, Kioso and Edwards seemed to have instant chemistry down the right, it was like watching Brock and Langan at times. Love an overlapping full back.

Kyle is so tricky to play against. We just need to keep the lad fit.

despite the process appearing messy I feel the referee got this correct.
I *think* Tyler trips on the billiard table smooth surface, rather than being tripped, can't be sure though. It would explain why he got up as quickly as possible and carried on.

I wonder if that red card for Walsh was as quick as the one Rob Duffy received when he came off the bench and elbowed an opponent. Got to be close

Just to add to what's already been said - I also thought Vaulks was excellent tonight; his best game since Norwich. Mopped up a ton of ball throughout and played some nice passes as well. Felt like we properly bossed the middle of the park tonight.

Rob Edwards said we dominated their 3 in midfield tonight in his post match interview. He also pointed out we did them at half time tactically as we switched with Kyle Edwards coming on and playing double width with Kioso pushing forward far more. I'm not sure Brown did so as much but he did seem to push on more in the 2nd half. Hence why they brought on a left full back changing formation to counter PK and KE.

The ref made the right decision on the penalty shout on Tyler, I think he was going to give a yellow to him for simulation had he not got straight back up. The one that should have been given was when Dane was taken out by Kaminski, that was stonewall imo.

Thought we were great, especially once we got used to the pace of the pitch, and individual errors cost us the 3 points. It's probably my favourite ground, arrived just as Luton scored the first and stood at the back of the stand with no rail and you couldn't move it was so packed. Loved it.

Yes I agree in the Tyler one. Rewatching the slowed down video replay from the away end, I can't really see enough contact to say that's a penalty (and I'd agree that the ref is probably blowing to issue a yellow for TG). Haven't seen the Dane one since last night, but it felt like a penalty on first viewing. You have to wonder if the Ref wasn't massively inclined to give it, due to him already reducing Luton to ten men. Shouldn't happen, but I think it potentially does even if it's just sub-consciously.

And yes, I love Kenilworth Road. Lots of people hate Luton but it's an old-school, tight ground in which the atmosphere can be fantastic. We'll miss these types of grounds when they're gone.

I love Kenilworth Road once I'm at the ground, but I hate the lack of friendly pubs, Luton being on the wrong railway line, often being kettled / marched back to the station. It doesn't add up to a good away day for me.

My all time worst away day was Leeds United. Miles from the station, horrible walk through wasteland and along dual carriageways, no pubs on the way, police that couldn't be arsed to deal with Leeds fans being twats in the pub opposite the ground, away fans stuck up in a corner, lost 3-0. I'm unsure whether I should go again to try to get a new perspective on the place or just sack it off. They've capped away tickets at £30 so I'll probably go.

Funny how people see things differently. I've been to Leeds a few times and have always enjoyed the City Centre before and after the game and it is easy enough to jump in a taxi or on the bus to Elland Road. The away fans will be in the west stand this time on the side of the pitch. Should be a good view, full house and another chance for us to be prim 'teams like Oxford' and get a result. Can't bloody wait for Leeds away!

I still think Moore is our best centre back, although he didn't help Cumming out today for their second.
We were sat in the seats on the side and we clearly heard Cumming calling for it, so Moore left it.
Goal down to Cumming, not Moore

I can agree with that in part but there are some games where Greg Leigh is exactly the player needed. The support he has from the fans and the smile on his face is infectious. The use of the squad has been incredible and not only that but almost every player has been duly considered as being MotM material by us as fans. GL is a big part of that whether starting or on the bench.

Many of these are players were thought not to be up to this level. Not through any fault of their own but simply perceptions of their individual abilities. They are all being given a chance and they are all delivering.
