Feeling confident on this the first day of February, with yet another early kick off on a saturday. Despite which I fancy todays game will end up resulting in a hard won 2-1 home win, TG & Shemmy with a goal apiece

Definitely banking on Cam to score as geol resent anyone who besmirched the club like manning. He’ll be fired up.

Cheese to bag the second 🧀

Ok I’m going to bed….gotta be up at 630am for the snaklassico 🐍

Not an easy game, but trust GR to get the best out of whoever is playing.
I see a 1-1 draw...wouldn't be averse to a cheeky last-minute winner mind.

Reading their forum and they don't seem to be very confident.

No reason why we shouldn't be going into this game looking for all 3 points.

Certainly hope there isn't too much animosity towards Manning. We made our view clear in the away leg what we thought of his actions but with what's happened since then I hope we can all be mature and focus on the football rather than giving him a tough time.

Late evening signing of Stan Mills, unbeaten in 7, full house, real chance of moving up the table and Championship safety almost palpable, there's got to be a buzz around the team, the club and supporters alike.

No pushover today but, BRFC are beatable. Their away form is dodgy and our recent home has been solid. 2-0 The Yellows!

Start of a tough week, it's still easy to get sucked right back into the relegation scrap. With Burnley away on Tuesday get at least a point is important today.

I like what you've done there.

Any of their fans who read this will be apoplectic with rage!!!

Apologies to post here but can anyone guide me to the best website / link where you can find the Xg of chances / shots within a game (I.e. Ole Romeny.l). I can only find high level Xg for whole matches.

We definitely need to cash in on home winnable games. I also think 2-1 to us. Harris and Brown with the goals.

Totally agree. It's about time it was all consigned to the past. Bigger things in life than football.

Credit where credit is due ML, we’re unbeaten in 8.

Ps. Will be 9 later today. 🙂

Given all the other fixtures today, this would be a hugely important win.

I'm feeling a 2-0 coming on.

Really looking forward to it.

fbref is decent - see the list of matches under scores and fixtures (click on the date of the match) - https://fbref.com/en/squads/604617a2/Oxford-United-Stats. Each match page has a section called Shots at the bottom which gives you what you need.

The first game my Grandad took me to at the Manor was against Bristol City in 1995.

Would take another 2-0 win today and for the modern day equivalents of Mark Top Shagger Angel and Matt Pointy Man Murphy to get the goals.

Also, enjoyed this single comment for the video from an angry Bristol City fan. Welcome back!
