I've not had mine yet! Club tweet said if not received by 5:00pm today ( 3rd JULY) contact the ticket office. So I guess that means sending an email rather than the phone, which no doubt will be busy!
Just spoke to the ticket office. A Season Ticket had been handed in but it wasn't mine! Existing card will be cancelled and a new card will be sent together with a new wallet! No mention of an admin fee!!
I'm contacting the ticket office tomorrow, there is a £5 admin fee for a replacement. Digital is only available if you have Apple Pay or Google Pay, I don't have either
