Agree. Vote for a party that openly supports the stadium bid, not for one that openly objects to it. Local elections are often won by a few votes here and there, every vote really does matter. Use it wisely.

I think the way in which Middleton reacted to the Heads of Terms news clearly shows it does matter, his reaction was quite telling. I suspect he thought, (and perhaps had been advised) the Lib Dems were going to delay the signing of it for a bit longer,

If they didn’t know already surely it’s time for the LibDems to rapidly distance themselves from Middleton. Their political alliance is impacting negatively on the Lib Dems. He can’t be worth the embarrassment and hassle.

Personally I’m tempted to look up the previous result for the ward and vote for the strongest placed pro stadium party/candidate last time out. You however must vote how you think best though, it’s not for me to tell you who to vote for.
