Yeah, you're right. My agenda is to make sure the club I've followed for approaching 40 years dies. SMFH

If the single question I asked on here is a "hand grenade", I really do despair. And who's melting down? As for not answering questions, again, I've probably put more info on this forum over the years than anyone and actually raised those very questions. And, yep, I am going to disappear again...

I'm sorry. I didn't realise that you were so precious about the pseudonym you hide behind. And you're right, I'm not offering you mutual respect. Try asking our Supporters Club. I'm sure they've done some in-depth investigation into those who own our club.

As above - do your own research. Then why didn't you start one? I've said in an earlier post on here why I've not been on here.

The irony of this statement is simply staggering. I have probably put more info in the public domain than anyone else over the past few years and certainly way more than the Supporters Club (they ceased to be a Trust in all but name some time ago). I have produced links to company records...

Thanks for making my point for me.

To be honest, I’ve hardly bothered with this forum for some time, mainly because of people wanting to play the man rather than the ball. But if there is now a rule that people can only comment on the finances if they also comment on signings, that should be better communicated.

Took the words out of my mouth. The DC United stadium is often held up as evidence that Thohir has the clout to get a new stadium built. But I wonder how many people have looked at the ownership of that stadium, how revenues are distributed etc?

Factually correct. But it’s also the vehicle which was used to strip potentially lucrative development land away from the football club...

Winding-up petition number 5 - Here we go again!!!

The list I published recently was on that date. Knightsbridge Asia have been a shareholder in the holding company since day one. More recently, Empire Asia (Pairoj’s company) appear to have bought some of their stake.

Winding-up petition number 5 - Here we go again!!!

That's fair enough, Dave. But you were the main one challenging me on the claim that those individuals were involved and, all the time, OxVox were well aware that they were (I know you weren't on the committee at that point), so you can understand why I'm prickly on that! As for standing down...

Winding-up petition number 5 - Here we go again!!!

I’ve published on here the shareholdings in ST’s holding company. The only mysterious one is Knightsbridge Asia Ltd - as a BVI company it’s difficult to determine who are behind them and @OxVox seem reluctant to answer that particular question too.

Winding-up petition number 5 - Here we go again!!!

Trotting out that old chestnut again Dave? It’s hard to produce evidence that simply doesn’t exist. But, whilst you’re here, and as an OxVox committee member, perhaps you could answer this: Who is behind Knightsbridge Asia Ltd? The BVi company with a substantial stake in ST’s holding company...

Winding-up petition number 5 - Here we go again!!!

I flagged up concerns well before he came on board that it seemed that ST didn’t personally have the funds to run the club himself. I flagged the links with Pairoj and Jack, and people like Dave T tried to shout me down as there was no evidence that they were involved. I flagged up what...

Winding-up petition number 5 - Here we go again!!!

Again, this is what you said back in December: https://yellowsforum.co.uk/threads/hmrc.590/page-30#post-95637 With all that has happened since then, I find it bizarre that you now seek to downplay and explain it all away. You’re saying that “nothing happened”, but things have happened - and...

Winding-up petition number 5 - Here we go again!!!

Yeah you’re right. Having five winding up petitions, allowing two of them to be Gazetted, definitely isn’t the sign of any financial issues.

Winding-up petition number 5 - Here we go again!!!

It’s a dangerous game to play though. Once the petition is published in the Gazette, anyone else owed money by the club can take it forward even if Firoka get paid.

Winding-up petition number 5 - Here we go again!!!

It is when they’ve said that it was going to be paid shortly after that petition was issued. Then there’s the consequences of it actually being published...

Winding-up petition number 5 - Here we go again!!!

So, they’ve let this one get as far as being published in the Gazette again. Shameful.

Accounts for the year ending June 2018

Those accounts are absolutely horrific!! I'm fairly sure that's the largest operating loss we have EVER had. Also surprised that the arbitration settlement isn't included in "Events after the reporting date"
