Anindya Bakrie

Well he certainly enjoys a photobomb if nothing else.

Curtains look a bit faded.

Am I the only one who feels a bit uneasy about the whole money men coming in?

I'm not sure I fancy a bankrolled trip up through the leagues.

I know what you mean.

Unfortunately, beggars can't be choosers - we will have to welcome anyone who shows enough interest to invest. I just hope that whatever scheme they put together leaves the club in a tenable position once they leave.

I for one would welcome some investment, a new ground and Kassam told to f*** right off after years of milking us dry! I would like to do it in a way where we invest in our youth so we don't just buy quality players; we also have the infrastructure to develop them from within.

If we can get a ground sorted I am all for it.
We really need to get away from Kassam holding the club to ransom.
Or money talks and a damn site more than that t**t has, buy the ground and invest in improvements and make the Grenoble road stadium
Attractive

If he's just in the photo helping his mate Erick celebrate becoming part of Oxford's board, someone should let him down lightly as he clearly thinks differently....

He has just reposted Thoir's post. They are the words of Thoir not Bakrie.

The plot thickens... I still think there’s more to this than we’re being told at the moment.

If I'm totally honest it worries me. But and it's a big But
My God I'd enjoy a few seasons of Keegan's Newcastle style football.

OxVox update this evening puts cold water somewhat on any new billionaires on the board. Y’all with have to make do with just one I’m afraid.

Sadly, and I mean this, football has irrevocably changed, so while it's not to my taste, I doubt Man City fans are that bothered about the how they won the league. If we get that same journey, part of me will feel dirty, but equally the chance of seeing top flight football in Oxford is the price to pay nowadays. The big boys are too rich. Even Huddersfield, with a billionaire owner barely get by.

Such madness

Yeah football is dead. Bring on the five year spell at 17th in the Premier League before it all goes tits up.

Then we can all enter footballing retirement, enjoying a swift pint of mild in Dagenham before watching us draw 0-0 in a Conference relegation scrap.
