I thought a service charge was what a landlord charged a tennant for maintenance issues? So without us paying rent, Kassam would need to pay this charge?

It’s not the people already on board but the other bigger hitters that might shy away and distrupt tigers plansBusiness people don’t have success by walking away at the first hint of trouble and before you say they don’t know what they were getting into they knew exactly what they were doing otherwise they wouldn’t be successful.
Like the dozen or so broken light bulbs in the north stand floodlights?

Tiger stated in1 case about to be signed off by the efl so I doubt a few s**t results will affect this. It’s not the people already on board but the other bigger hitters that might shy away and distrupt tigers plans
That's not what I said, we all know about these investors..Tiger stated in1 case about to be signed off by the efl so I doubt a few s**t results will affect this.
Kassam has his say:

Essentially, stop challenging me with the arbitration and I will stop being awkward.

Somewhere along the line someone is being liberal with the truth. Something tells me both sides are playing the violin in all of this (as much as I dislike Kassam).
It goes back to the point we all know. FK only gives a toss about money and his businesses.
‘“When (previous owners) Nick Merry and Ian Lenagan were in charge, I never had any issues. We both knew what the agreement was and what we had signed up for.’
That line made me snigger. Considering FK had NM sign one of the worst deals in the history of OUFC no wonder he knew ‘never had any issues’ with that aspect!
If Kassam was so confident that he was right, he would happily go to arbitration and get back every penny owed to him. Clearly this has got him rattled and as always he is only interested in his bank account.
"Three years ago, [former owner] Darryl Eales questioned it and why we were paying for things that were not in the document. "
And therein is the issue. Have the StadCo been taking the pee for ages and are now unhappy that someone has gone through the list saying I don't use that, it's not in the contract, I do't want to pay for it. And that is where FK has done himself a pickle. And he's had a hissy fit.
Ironic since OUFC have invested a good 250k+ to put a new pitch down because his StadCo refused to. Works both ways Fizza!
Sweet irony isn't it? The tenants pay a lot of money to rectify something he broke and won't fix, then the owner has the gall to charge them to train on it. The fact we are keeping money out his pocket has made me smile a little this morning. He must be so irate! So DE relaid a new pitch, presumably pay for the maintenance, however now have to pay 3k if they wish to train on it?
FK is talking as if all this stuff (not allowed in the stadium until 12 etc) was always in the agreement but he was really kind and had some flexibility.
FK seems pretty irritated
