Because he is under the jurisdiction of another FA same as when we signed Marv Johnson.
The delay according to RadOx is a bereavement in the NI FA which I'm fairly certain won't have huge numbers of employees.
Well, he did get out of him possibly 2 loans and 2 permanent with the medical tomorrow being for a permanent deal.

We need to sign another 3 strikers. 2 x 30+ a season but knowing KR/T this will mean 'years old' not 'goals scored'.
