Transfer targets?

Could someone tell me who our first team right back choices are, and therefore if we still need to bring someone in. Many Thanks.

Completely forgot about him. So yeah 4 right backs. Baring any serious injuries leading up to the season, then i suspect our defense is sorted.
I know Ruffels can drop in at left back, but am I missing anyone else there? I think you're right, our defence looks pretty much done. If we have a winger and striker agreed then we may just be looking at another striker and centre mid to get us somewhere half decent.

I'm too emotionally drained by the day to make a complete list of alternative positions certain players can cover, but we definitely have several players who can play in different positions if needed.

I think we need at least one striker, ideally two. A winger and another central midfielder. Maybe two. So 4 or 5 more players in and I'd be happy, especially if they're of a similar quality to who we've signed so far. I'm going to guess we'll sign another 2/3 loans and 2 permanent signings.

Yes, at least this. In these days of 7 on a bench, we need to be able to have the option to go with three up top to chase a game however briefly, if the situation demands it.

I’m uncomfortable with less than four out-and-out strikers in a squad, but accept Obika and James could be two, and Carruthers/Napa/Henry will clearly contribute.

I’d like a known spearhead to be signed (e.g. Marquis), then would settle for unknown loanees from up the ladder as fourth striker, CM and winger - then I’d consider this a competitive squad.

Think Sam Long can play on either side. If i remember correctly in Mapp last game against Shrewsbury he came on and played there after Skarz went off injured.

Just seen a BBC article on Tony Watt, former Charlton Striker, he's a free agent. Would Robinson look at Him?

Interesting article. Joining an British club next week..

Tony Watt 'not far away' from return to UK football http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/44751575

Edit: Could be wrong but, after reading the article again, I get the feeling he’ll be going to a Scottish club?

I can't see anything that makes me think it'll be back to Scotland, i'd definitely take him here, providing we get at least one more forward in

Maybe not. I suppose it’s the fact he’s scottish and talking of rebuilding his career. We’ll see, the timing would be right if he did come to us, with KR and the squad all returning from Ireland next week

Can he play the lone forward role though? I thought he was more the type who played off somebody doing that role.
