It's a massive gamble signing these sort of players Wildschut Murphy Jones Baldock Bodin just hope we have no more injuries.
Wildschut has hardly had an injury his entire career and neither has Murphy of any significance. That’s absolute hot air.

The other 3 yes - but they are calculated risks and Bodin has paid off. Baldock hasn’t yet, in my view. The jury is out on Jones but no question it was the correct call to sign him.

What I would say about these injuries are, have they had a full pre season.?
They certainly weren’t at the training camp putting the hard hours in, it’s a bit unfair to ask them to come and play in games when their fitness levels aren’t where they should be.
Asking for trouble

We can forget another striker, KR is two down on his quota of wingers without injuries to Murphy and Wildshutt

Not that I have much insight to offer - but does a 3 month injury for Murphy (absolutely dire luck if true) make a move for someone like Thomas-Asante - who can play across the front three - more likely?

Surely we’d be looking to dip into the loan market again for another wide option as well if true. Particularly since it looks like KR wants to play Browne centrally as much as he does wide…

Under 23 (or under 21) short term loan would be my guess.

Murphy & Wildschut if both cleared for the minutes they played were bad luck. Sam Baldock is different though.

I am now very worried that we also have Jones & Bodin.
