Manager/Coach Coaching set-up

Good appointment if true? I saw on Chriss Allens tweet that he was " buzzing" at the prospect of being a U23 coach. We are very fortunate to have CA, his loyalty is fantastic. Part of the youth set-up, asst manager and now U23 coach, not forgetting a player. The experience he must be getting is going to be priceless in the long term.
 
Told you so weeks ago - we sat next to him at the Southend game - a good man; he was a pretty good player as well!
 
Astute comments by CA in Ox Mail today ..he has MA and KR about right so who's to say his summing up of Clot isn't wrong...sharp and abrupt not exactly condusive to pleasing relations ..which could be the language barrier however it's Slavonic speakers who normally come across this way in tone:)
