Non-League Henry Landers (striker)

A good goal but against opposition from that level would be easier than against national league south or the national league would be a lot more different let alone L1

Not to say he won't in the future, but he didn't make much of an impression at NL level with Maidenhead. He took that goal well.

Yes he took the goal well, but look at the space he's given with 'his' defender giving him 6 yards of space and ball watching rather than watching young Henry. That wouldn't happen higher up the pyramid.

I have nothing against the lad, but the step up in class from Banbury to the conference is huge, let alone the step into league 2 or league 1. Hopefully he and Banbury do well in the FA Cup and he gets a move up a level.

But let's not forget that he's currently playing 2 levels below Slavi Spasov and Malachi Napa at Woking, and that's with the likes of Fabio Lopes and others also showing promise. Henry Landers is doing well, but I don't see a future with us.

Great opportunity for those who have shared opinions on him sight unseen to see the lad play today.

Hopefully preconceived opinions will be left at the door!

Had a tidy but quiet game with a decent shot in the last few minutes. Perfectly good at Tier 7 level but showed nothing to suggest he could play higher.

Self looked classy but Rasulo was head and shoulders above the rest.

Puns aside, it’s an extraordinary story. Sounds like he's living in fear of a Mr Big. Will be interesting to see if he does make some sort of football career - probably depends on whether Whingy sacks him.

i have to agree seems he has been a silly boy! i suppose we all make mistakes in life, no disputing his talent top scorer in the league from midfield with 7 goals. Time will tell how this pans out
