Matches Hull ticket details announced

It has been clunky yes but these arent exactly normal times. Was your job head of IT or delivery for a big organization?

In general I find people on here often seem very weak - always moaning and unable to cope when anything goes wrong.
In general they’ve had long enough to sort something for this eventuality and they didn’t. I’m not bothered that I didn’t get a ticket as it was a lottery to get one, what I was annoyed about was the fact I secured ticket(s) on 4 occasions only to have to refresh and find your seats you’ve selected have now gone and with a bubble of three couldn’t get tickets.

I don't think people are moaning because they missed out. We are clever enough to realise we only had a one in four chance of success.

People are moaning because the IT system wasn't fit for the process that was put in place.

When the system continually (times one bloody hundred!!) tells you a seat is available then you get an error message it gets ridiculously frustrating (as being expressed on here) and (and here's the important bit) doesn't feel fair. If the IT isn't fit for purpose the club shouldn't use it.
Spot on (there's a first eh @QR !)

The frustration at seeing our very own season ticket seats on screen but unable to get them into the basket despite numerous attempts was insane. Then, having seen them disappear, they returned to the screen but still would not allow the purchase. That we ended up with two in the east stand is ridiculous and totally random.

Complete shambles, but currently that’s to be expected.

someone said complete an online form and let the club choose by a ballot, trying to get everybody online at once some of whom are not IT literate is a joke, this way there will be a LOT less season ticket holders next year, I for one after god knows how many years is considering giving it up.

I’ve had a season ticket for 36 years or so and I missed out. I knew there was a chance of that happening but no problem I
will just watch the game on i-follow in the warm comfort of my own home.

But if I miss Boxing Day I will be livid.

As I’m at work I had to try to get tickets by phone and the functionality is shocking. It is ridiculously hard to click seats on the phone and by the time I had managed to do so the seats were unavailable. I am so angry at the system

Why do people keep saying it was 1 in 4 chance. As I understand it, we have 3750 ish ST holders, plus a number of them may not have been able to go/want to attend fir various reasons. Add to that others may not even have tried or been able to e.g. work etc. Additionally, a number of people within bubbles may have been tying to get tickets e.g. my son and I trying for over an hour and these percentages reduce further.

It’s just the utter contempt the way the club have treated fans who have renewed their ST’s (buying in access of £500each), didn’t accept the refund for last season, didn’t accept the refund for the Wycombe game, have been ST Holders for over 25 years in my case 40 years (even during the shite times - Conference etc), attended social events to bring in extra revenue etc.

I would have rather that did a ballot using some of the above criteria for prioritisation.

The club have seriously pissed off a number of fans using this approach and that’s after the shambolics of Saturday’s defeat and the season as a whole.

If this club can f**k things up they’d certainly be top of the league for that ala Leyton Orient, fax gate etc

Niall get your head out of your a**e and listen without sounding patronising for a change or taking us for granted otherwise the club could be in a more difficult position than the one we’re currently in next summer if you continue treating us with contempt.

So have they sold out then? Or are they just releasing them a few at a time?
I just logged on for the first time and it showed five seats available together in the North Stand. I clicked on one, got an error message, refreshed the screen and they have gone. Should I keep refreshing the screen or will I be wasting my time?
I suppose its a bit to easy to put a sold out message or the booking site is experiencing difficulties message on the website. This club needs to have some customer service training, it really is astonishingly poor.

I tried to get tickets for myself and my grandson and started at 10. so frustrating because you don’t know if you’re doing something wrong or if the system is not working. Kept going until the blue dots ran out and I guessed that meant the seats had all gone.
There’ll have to be an old gits hotline before I’m going to be able to work it out!

Honestly can't believe they did it this way. It was obvious the site was going to crash.

Like others have said...quick survey to find out who wants to attend..and then a ballot.

Then we don't have to waste an hour trying to get tickets off a site that was responding like I was using some crappy dial up from 20 years ago.

my sister attempted to access from 10am- it timed out three times

no tickets

Meh, some of us fell before this hurdle.

I could have/would have gone but knew I'd be busy with work at 10AM and thus unable to even attempt to secure a ticket.

Them's the breaks.

The club have responded that this is the only time ST holders will need to claim tickets...

What he out for the toilets in there there not as posh as the loungers ones there not gold plated anyway more brown plated 😁

I tried and failed to get a ticket not sure why I couldn't get ticket into basket. But I thought not the end of the world this time.

Didn’t get a ticket, have followed the club for 120 years man and boy yada yada .. and the application process was clunky to say the least.

But happy to cut the club some slack, there’s a pandemic on.

Many others aren’t holding that view clearly. I’d say the weekend game has unleashed some .. er frustrations.

I very nearly failed, due mainly to the system but also probably my own stupidity - but then succeeded at the last. I wouldn't have had an eppie if i'd missed out though!

I sincerely hope that every person with a complaint about this trial system emails the club with their experiences, otherwise you can’t expect anything to change.
I have sent one this morning, regardless of the fact I secured a ticket, and I am sure they will listen.
I have
