so who proves they have it?Like i said before no team ever seems to have a problem through the week but just before the game ,they call covid.
Do you honestly think they're lying about having positive cases? Don't teams have to have some kind of sick-note before declaring they're off-games?

Also if they do have positive cases then can they play tuesday and next saturday? If they do play those games, nothing happens to them for calling off our game?

I agree. If it turns out that any is lying about positives then there should be massive penalties and if it turns out that they do play on Tuesday then there are a hell of a lot of questions to be answered. But as I said before, surely they have to come out with something better than "the dog ate my homework", before an official cancellation is called. Otherwise this sort of thing would go on all the time, covid or no covid.

Much as I hate Sw*nd×n, I don't see how we can critisise Crewe for their shameful lack of common sense whilst similtaneously critisise Pighill for at least not coming to the ground and potentially endagering our squad and all OUFC staff.

It’s a bit like all the criticism of the government... damned if you do, damned if you don’t.

If they tested midweek then results arrive Thurs/Fri that scuppers Saturday and, by rights, Tuesday for them.
The following Saturday would depend on when the test was taken and any subsequent results.

Give them credit for doing it right when we have players with expectant partners, young kids etc.

"Swindon Town have informed the EFL that they cannot fulfil the fixture against Oxford United and the game has been postponed. A date for the rearranged game will be announced later"

When was the last time they managed to fulfil the feature anyway?

Sounds like jobs may be at risk if these games keep getting postponed.

“It came after Swindon Town notified the EFL that they could not fulfil the fixture and the EFL have confirmed to us this evening that the game will not happen tomorrow. Until we had that confirmation we were unable to comment and that only adds to our frustration and we are currently seeking advice on our next steps

At least with the match off, KR wont be getting a coronary with a certain Ollie Yates in charge.

They wouldn't have pulled this sick note if Maureen Eames was in charge of the Robin Reliants. What is it with these red faced shysters?

You folks all need to all chill out a bit.

It’s just a postponed game at a time of extraordinary tumult.

Some of the drama on here makes me think you folks are back in the pubs on your 6th Bacardi breezer

Boring. But not without an element of of truth. 4 beers and a dram in, I'll prbably be nodding off quite soon.

(Joke , just to be clear)
