Ex Player Alex Rodriguez Gorrin

The mistakes are becoming more regular. He was the division’s top goalkeeper three seasons back but his form and consistency have steadily declined since that point. The occasional wonder save doesn’t mask that decline.

His family has returned to Oxfordshire, so perhaps he will rediscover his imperious form of a few seasons back. His mistake at Accrington and the one at Gillingham don’t point that way, though. His selection on the basis of past glories and of a hoped for return to form can only be justified for a shortish period. Too many more and it can only be that KR doesn’t fancy JS enough to make the call.

ooh its own thread. eastwood flaps at crosses, (see wycombe, Accrington as an example), gets beaten by long shots way too easily. (see portsmouth semi final as an example) Gets done at his near post too easily (see gillingham as an example). and his distribution is poor. I agree he pulls off a couple of good saves now and again but as his job is to be a keeper he is way to error prone on the basics. Its really weird how his place in the starting 11 is set in stone despite his level of perfomance.

Deserves a thread of his own.

Not quite the left winger we were lead to expect but hopefully he'll make an impact.

Seeing a brief youtube clip of him from a while back, he has pace which is something we are definitely missing, assuming he hasn't been injured and lost it.

Welcome Olamide and I hope your stay is a successful one.

Is he a left winger, as I thought KR was happy with Agyei there.
If so, we now have two with pace for the left, and no pace on the right... neither of Henry or Sykes are all that quick, and Agyei, being left footed, is not really a RW.

He can play on both sides looking at the the brief clip already mentioned above.

He's known for being paced and having good delivery, that sounds like it will suit us with poachers like Taylor and Winnall. Also he must be worth something to QPR because they keep on extending his contract.

In Oxford mail today there was an article saying KR saw Agyei as someone on the right so he can cut in on to his left and shoot.

Heres hoping our deadline day loan signing bringss something like the early 60s hit single title, from his soundalike (sort of!) singer, to the U's fortunes?

Watched him last night...super rapid. Especially useful on the counter. Unsure of end product!

KR said last week that he was having a re-think after Agyei's very good performances on the left.
