Transfer News Transfer window 2020/21

It's up now! Robinson wants another striker and left sided midfielder and hopes that they may be in by next Saturday.

Accepts that there has been lots of interest in Dickie, including from QPR and felt that he might not be in the right head space to play. (Also said tgat he had Callum O'Dowda flu!!!)

Said the fees coming in were aggressive and very good for someone with 9 months left on their contract, and implied that he'll probably be off.

In the interview Robinson said he wants a left winger and striker in. Possibly before next Saturday.

Dickie has O'Dowda flue haha!

I’d take Garbutt as he can cover left side both as a winger and full back but would prefer pace. Holland? However there may have to be Dickie + 1 out i think.

I would much prefer Nathan Holland over Luke Garbutt. If we sell Dickie for 3mil, I would like to think that we can afford Holland. Grigg? Meh, not that into him.

I doubt we could afford Holland's wages especially with a salary cap. I suspect, based on nothing, that one at least, will be a loan.

Maybe Hanson and Napper sold/on loan, to create the space. Depends on how much we get for Dickie and how much KR is allowed to invest.

Are we not able to bypass the wage cap by offering a signing on fee and performance related bonuses, in order to cover the drop in salary?

Not fussed on Holland to be honest. Yes he scored that wonder strike against Newcastle but he was far less influential than Browne in other games. Garbutt on the other hand can be cover for ruffles and is decent going forward too. Plus wouldn't require a fee to sign him on.

Me neither. Thought holland was too weak and pushed off the ball too easily. Was a passanger in most games. Browne on the other hand got involved in every game.
