There are charges laid against him, but it's dangerous to start labelling people who have yet to go before a court.

I suspect that @cassox would see this very differently if the individual was white.

It never ceases to amaze me that the only people going on about people 'being triggered', or 'frothing' are the very same people who are getting wound up themselves ?

And it must embarrass the more intelligent posters - like Mr Essex - that the words triggering and frothing have
now been adopted by the more challenged. PS And I see the term 'snowflake' is now also back on the agenda.
 
Imagine finding it exciting that someone condemns you for justifying cold blooded-murder.

Cassox at his computer trousers around his ankles his active member in his hand getting his rocks off at the thought of a 17 year old boy killing demonstrators with an enormous weapon.

Needs help.

Not a chance this will even make it to court open and shut case ,,,,self defence........... but we all know about the appeaser fools.

When snowflakes are losing the argument they stoop to all sorts of wierdo actions.....no coincidence that the person who they are demonstrating about and one of the persons shot are sex offenders.....surprised they aint demonstrating that jimmy savile is just a misunderstood innocent ......... shame on them really........

Do you really think he knew all that before he pulled the trigger?
There is a world of difference between self-defence (legal) and summary execution (illegal).

Sorry, whilst my views maybe less extreme than yours, but guns should only be owned and used by people who are mature enough and sensible enough.
That is the root of America`s problems. Guns.
The criminals are armed.
The public arm themselves against the criminals.
The police automatically (rightly!) assume everyone is armed.
They are armed too.
That leads to mistakes, fatal mistakes.

And they call themselves civilised.......................
 
I agree here guns are the problem here the police should carry tasers then there would be a man who whilst disobeying police orders smells of fried chicken instead of being paralysed. Likewise carrying forearms so openly is asking for trouble as a society even though it looks like it was discharged in self defence after being attacked with a skate board. That said the biggest issue are those that went out to riot and the senior politicians who didn't immediately bring in federal help and enforce order again. No petrol station should have needed defending by civilians. The state should have protected it with great force as only the state can.

Having been in the self defence situation, and remarkably close to finishing someone off, I 100% agree that there has to be a law to protect the public against criminals on their own property. Its why Tony Martin should never have been convicted.

On the flip side there comes a point where defence can become retribution......... and that is where other law has to intervene before we end up like America.

Off topic I would have a mandatory 5 year term for carrying a knife and a mandatory minimum of 10 years for using it. Even more so after 2 stabbings in a week just down the road.
