Matches Season ticket holders going to Wembley ?

It looks like we will have make do with a cardboard army of fans.

Apart from the fact it’s not legal, it would take more than five days to arrange and sell the tickets. Can’t believe anyone is seriously imagining this is possible

I have sent a cardboard representative to wem-ber-Lee in my place. He is much like me, One dimensional, non conversional and floppy when wet.?

Has there been any sort of indication from the government as to when fans are likely to be allowed back in? Is it likely to be in time for the new season (whenever that is!). Personally I don’t understand why pubs, cinemas and another indoor venues can open and football stadiums can’t (at least to members, ST holders etc - with appropriate social distancing)

Although in fairness, twitter and Facebook are full of Oxford fans saying things like Oxford should get 40,000 tickets and Wycombe 5,000, and that exceptions should be made because it's Oxford. I'm forever grateful that despite some occasional silliness, this forum is considerably more civilised than other mediums!!

Simply put, it won't happen and was never likely to happen. All sporting events are banned from spectators, the league 2 final had none, PL has none, the cricket has none. The question was asked, but we may as well ask Barcelona if we can borrow Messi for the day or Ainsworth to have a short back and sides for the final!

Shame you had to drift into fantasy - Ainsworth short back and sides - never.

Tiger had already lined up the Messi loan but KR wasn't keen.

There was just an article on 5Live saying that the Womens Open golf would be held in mid-August with no spectators. Given that is in the open air and there must be loads of space for those attending, it doesn't bode well for us being back in the stands anytime soon.

Be interesting to see if Ian Hudspeth manages to go as he was at the Kassam for the Pompey game , with the anti car policy of our councils he better start walking today
