Unbeaten league run continues. Hopefully bad run over today

Just hope Robinson avoids temptation and rushes players back...

We've had shite referees before but they're generally just maddeningly inconsistent. That normally cancels itself out as both teams get bizarre decisions in their favour. But today he's just been so ineffective and inconsistent that it has played right into what they were CLEARLY trying to do! Their consistent kicking the ball away, which is a bookable offence, was not once punished, and the (admittedly quite clever) deliberate taking of throws in the wrong position to have it retaken wasn't dealt with until one incident right near the end. Take nothing away from Shrewsbury, they were genuinely strong defensively and we probably didn't do enough to win. I just feel sorry for the fans who had to pay to sit through it, as the ref essentially ended any chance the game had of being an entertaining game.

So, anyone want to bizarrely claim that we lost THAT..?

Crap performance but against accumulating odds.

Hopefully our mojo shall return just as soon as a midfielder or two does!

Sounded like I didn't miss much. Only plus points are we didn't lose and Sunderland lost. Think we need a bit more strength in depth to really challenge for the top 2 though.

what was that ref on? Left his wedding tackle at home today. Shocking. Shrewsbury were totally anti football thugs. Sitting in the car behind the East Stand totally speechless by today’s game. Thought our keeper did well.

We'd have lost that not so long ago...take the point and onwards we go.
COYY

As speechless as KR was?

That was basically 90 minutes of watching Shrewsbury play anti football. I hope for their fans sake they don’t play like that every week and it was intended to thwart our in form reserve team.

We've got Wycombe up soon, so get ready for more of the same...
