Looks like West Ham are playing on the Sunday weekend before the cup so I’d expect this to be played on the Wednesday night. Which is good news for someone like me who wouldn’t be able to make the Tuesday

I hope it's the Tuesday as I like to wash my hare on Wednesday evenings.

No chance it will be a tv game, some other decent ties that will be picked.

Is that while your wife is washing her Rabbit?

That's an excellent question, Andy. In fact my hare has a dual nature, like God and Jesus before the bishops invented the 'Holy Ghost'. He's called Roger in his existence as an undercover rabbit, and Victor-Timothy in the persona that's training for a career in coursing - he plans to propitiate the sins of the leporid genus in by sacrificing himself in a mad hare gesture, presumptious beast. His hair's mad if I don't comb him properly after it's washed, not a task I could delegate.

Is that a yes then?

I do not consider myself as one person with my wife, I think this closes the case. I must clean the oven, now while you ponder the closing sentence of the previous post as you seek enlightenment.

Whats not to like? :) Remember the game down there. They scored right at the end of the game. Payback time :) Great following that night.
OUFCX

Yeah, I remember hearing a West Ham fan complaining and saying "you'd have thought it was a bloody oxford home game, the number of yellow shirts there are around here!"

I hope Roger is well behaved, as I wouldn’t want you to have a bad hare day

live league cup matches on Sky are :- on the Tues night Pompey V So'ton , on the Weds night Franchise Dongs V Bindippers

I think there are lots of good shouts for
Televised games, but for me Pompey v Southampton will be chosen, and MK Dons v Liverpool will be selected. Just my opinion, but lots to choose from.

So I was spot on.

Would of been nice to see Sky roll up at Colchester, give smaller clubs money.

'Perfect' - really? It's a decent draw but far from perfect. An away draw against one of the so called 'big 6' would've been much closer to 'perfect'.
This one is winnable. Your suggestions probably aren’t. Big crowd, good atmosphere, chance of an upset. Perfect.

Official site fixtures show this match as being on Wednesday 25 September.
