Well, well below par. We put in a fantastic performance at the weekend. We missed Jackson up front who was a late pull-out due to a tight hamstring. Awful performance from us so more than happy not be taken to the cleaners.

Nothing to do with the sliding tackle, it was a belting challenge. The ball wasn't rolling properly in the middle of the pitch.

Thought we, Ipswich, were bloody terrible tonight. going forwards (bar one headed chance early on). Defence fought well in tough conditions. We maybe edged the first half, you looked the more dangerous team second half. Referee was pretty good I thought, good decision to go off and get work on...
