Yes, I think he was here whilst CW was still In Situ so not sure it is linked to his departure, but the recent level of social media output has increased markedly
I think it is hard to judge because we don't see every team/payer on a regular enough basis. Therefore, I think you are very reliant on the data and numbers.
Take the Sheehan v Brannagan debate for example. Bolton fans are adamant that he ahs been a class above this season, however without...
Even if I take my Yellow tinted spectacles off, I think Brannagan can count himself very unlucky not to be in there. If you look at the player ratings sites, he is pretty much unanimously either the highest rated player in the league, or at least in the top 5/10.
Surely the Lincoln result is more important than the Posh one?
If we lose to Posh Saturday but beat Lincoln then we keep them at bay regardless of their result on the weekend.
As someone who had ankle issues when playing and having rolled my ankle regularly as Des quoted was the problem, I think he will be fine.
It can be very painful and sore and will swell up, but once the swelling goes down and knowing the type of character that he is I am sure he'll play through it.
Cumming
Stevens Morre Brown Leigh
Brannagan McGuane
Dale Bodin Murphy
Harris
I would consider starting both Harris and Goodwin at the expense of Bodin if he is fit, but I don't think he'll be able to play from the start.
RR needs to be taken out. Has been consistently ineffective for a...
Called up to the full England squad. What little I've seen of him he looks the real deal.
The way he drifts past players and is so calm on the ball and his overall demeanor reminds me of Shandon Baptiste. A shame his career has stuttered with injuries.
Don't disagree that the way he acted being the scenes was very poor. I just don't think it's fair to scrutinize some of the interviews he did as I can't remember a manager ever being open about leaving in the public domain.
What did you expect him to say? Football is an industry unlike any other, you're not going to get dragged in front of the office in the real world and get asked about rumor's of you going elsewhere.
I want to see 10 attacking performances where Des firmly shows us his style and what he is about. If we miss out but go out on our sword playing on the front foot it will be easier to swallow than going out with a whimper.
Our best sides in recent years IMHO have been when we had Cadden and Baldock at RB. It is such a crucial position both attacking and defensively in the modern game. An upgrade is needed in the summer I am afraid.
