I'll try and get some key updates from the key points of the OxVox meeting, as they happen.

1910 - Slight delay to the start
1912 - Meeting started. Colin starting.
1915 - Updates: 1020 members. Life membership up 27%
1916 - Bank balance £12,138 slightly up even after the sensory room investment.
1920 - Blue plaque at Britannia Inn agreed, only produce 7 per year and this year is full. £800 paid by OxVox.
1921 - East Stand murual images drawn up and quotes received, but costs are more than expected

Safety Advisory Group has an OxVox committee member on board.

OxRails could be extended in East Stand.

Asset of Community Value renewed for three more years.

1926 - @Sarge asks NM about the HMRC issue, but no information from the club. But it is an error and should not have happened.

1928 - @Paul B asks if we have money to pay it. It is being dealt with this week.

1929 - @Sarge asks about lack of shareholders AGM this year. NM and Z will go back and conference call Tiger about it.

1931 - SB asks about update with arbitration. Z met with FK, touched on a number of issues but can build on this. Lots to resolve. FK was willing to address a number of them. Singh's beer is one they are working on.

1942 - @Sarge Will communications from the club improve? And not no response? Bring back Ask Ashton type show.

1945 - ET on the board, what will his involvement be? No real answer. It then gets on to environmentally friendly bags in the club shop....

1949 - Answer to a question about shareholders heavily avoided.

1952 - ZN seems very blunt with his answers. Maybe it's just my perception?

1955 - Forth stand still being looked into. But not for short term, until Championship or attendances improve.

2005 - @Sarge will concessions be reduced to 60 like other clubs? No answer.

OxVox stall at The Blackbird not really agreed by OxVox.

2013 - any plans for squad strengthening in Jan? Club will always look to improve.

2020 - Club shop in covered market had posters from games 3-4 weeks ago. That will be addressed.

2024 - Club should inform fans if the fence behind the North Stand is up.

2026 - Any way of selling merchandise in the concourses? Permission would be needed.

2027 - Restaurant not opening on Boxing Day is an economic issue.

2029 - Sports Science team working well. Injuries are impact, just unlucky.

2032 - Club will continue to support the Checkatrade Trophy. Current format may be up for change at the end of the season.

2036 - Some positive comments about the Youth setup. Dan Harris updates fantastic, maybe a board room type thing.

2041 - Fans Forum in February.

2045 - Pitch access is better than the club gets! Cannot answer too much due on going legal issues, basically the pitch we got was not what we thought and the club needs to look at. Summer renovations were not done as agreed!

2047 - Priory - OxVox asked Ian Hudspith to attend meeting tonight but could not make it. No new developments though. OxVox looked inside it and it has seriously detiorated.

2051 - Meeting over.

Apologies for any grammatical errors and I am sure someone from @OxVox will clear anything up.

Thanks for the update.
But to be clear?
Nothing on the strategy going forwards?
Nothing really on the tax payment?
What about the ground??
It seems from.the summary as if nothing was said?

Ian Hudspeth is County Council. Priory is a City Council matter. Did anyone fom the City Council attend?

HMRC unpaid Tax "is not an issue" and "should never have happened".

Didn’t attend, so this is based purely on the above from east stand boy, but it doesn’t seem like the club representatives were very forthcoming with answers to anything tonight, makes you wonder why they bothered to turn up?

Reasonably good meeting....decent attendance

Granted some q's went unanswered or even avoided/sidestepped. And other items raised will be looked at (and reported back on- hopefully!!) And considered by OUFC. However I think, certainly the 2 oufc directors invited along are now, if they wernt already, aware that certain questions will continue to be raised as long as they remain unanswered or unresponded to by the club

A recording of the meeting was taken (by the 2 OUFC directors), minutes by Ox vox, plus running report from @Eaststandboy (here on yf), the live Ox vox Twitter feed, Oxford mail 'live' coverage too.

Cheers to @OxVox committee for setting up an open members meeting, with guest speakers ....appreciated (certainly by me) very much

My personal opinion was that it was a pretty good meeting, quite well attended and quite a few questions asked/answered.(y)(y)(y)

The Forum Mafia showed their true colours by not turning up, it's so easy to type messages on a forum but it's so hard to turn up to a meeting.:mad:

Maurice I was due to come but had a big personal issue so couldn't.
So it would be great to get a real understanding of what positive was said?

Wasn't a dig at you but at the people that continually snipe at OxVox and never attend open meetings. Sorry to hear you couldn't make it.
