Surely agents have their holidays in October when there's nothing for them to do (aside from the occasional contract renewal)
I imagine they're quite busy, but until all players get back from holidays, not much business can get done. Probably a lot of deals that rely on other deals getting done first, a club getting one player in which makes another surplus to demand, etc.
?Just as long as it’s not because there’s a long public holiday in Sweden.. ?
Agreed, and think we could see some new faces through the door quite soon.
I would love Curtis Nelson to sign on for another two seasons aswell.
I think Nelson will go his agent has probably told him he can do better than OUFCI would be very surprised. I reckon that the contract with Eastwood was quite clever (sign up and after one year he can move for an agreed price- if we do well there is no reason he would want to move on but if we don't he can move on but for a decent fee).
I assume that Nelson isn't as keen as Eastwood to sign such a contract though. Maybe teams are after him in the Championship despite his injuries last season?
Sorry, a little too cryptic: as in holding up deals for incoming signings from friggin Malmo..

Isn’t he a CB? Not a position we should be prioritising.Jordan Moore-Taylor to MK Dons
Apparently was available on a free after Exeter failed to get promotion last season.
Lot of posters wanted us to go for him, so surprised he's stayed in League Two, but clearly wanted to continue playing for Tisdale.
Only one game I know but I wasn’t overly impressed with him in the play-off final. He didn’t seem particularly tall or have much pace that I could see.Isn’t he a CB? Not a position we should be prioritising.
And you know this because?3 or 4 deals already done.... just waiting on 'selling clubs' to pick the right day to announce. COYY
