Gpay on an Android phone, I downloaded last years no prob, in fact I only deleted this morning

I've just done my 2 and one click and it's in my Google pay wallet. Not sure why you lot are experienced problems.

If we knew, then I guess we wouldn't have the problem...

Must say mime worked straight away I received the email and clicked add to Google pay and hey presto there they are waiting for when I can use them
Ps I'm dreading having to chuck my phone on the pitch

Did you manage to get out of the box?

It is worth trying another email app if you have this problem. My OH had the error message when he tried to save it from the Samsung email app, but when he did the same in the Gmail app it worked straightaway.

No I was just saying mine worked and not sure why others are experiencing problems. It got to be a browser issue rather than the email at fault.

Used the Gmail app and got the error (app worked fine last season). Just tried logging in via a browser and same error message.

ANOTHER THING TO TRY

Apart from making sure the Google Pay app is up to date:

In Chrome on your phone, go to to mail.gmail.com or if with another email service, open their web mail page in Chrome and try to click the Google Pay link in the email.

If it still fails try opening the page in desktop mode and try to click the link again.

ANOTHER THING TO TRY

Apart from making sure the Google Pay app is up to date:

In Chrome on your phone, go to to mail.gmail.com and try to click the Google Pay link in the email.

If it still fails try opening Gmail in desktop mode and try to click the link again.

I've emailed mine back to the club also I had to keep tapping the tab a number of times the said error
